1. Call Longevity Alliance. Your Personal Health Insurance Advisor will ask you questions about your current plan, your health and your concerns and recommend a policy for you. They’ll recommend a plan or plans that best meet your needs and your pocketbook.
2. Your Personal Health Insurance Advisor will provide you with a quote(s), information about the plan benefits and an application.
3. Simply fill out the application and send it back. Longevity Alliance will handle it from there from sending your application to the company, handling any follow-up questions and sending you the final policy.
4. As your Personal Health Insurance Advisor, we can help you in the future if your needs change and you want to switch plans again.
